Returns:

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@nutbotanicals.com. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Please note that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable.
• In the unlikely event that you have been sent incorrect or faulty items, send us a message on our social media platforms, or email us at support@nutbotanicals.com stating your order number and we will assist you.

Exchanges:

• If you receive a damaged, expired, faulty, or defective product, we will replace it for you. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at Support@nutbotanicals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.

• Items eligible for exchange must be sealed, unused, and in perfect condition.
• Coupons, also referred to as “promo codes” are considered a discount on the order and the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Coupons and discounts will not apply to exchanges.
• For products purchased from Noon, Jumia, and other authorized resellers, please contact the retailer for return/exchange information. We only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed on NUT Botanicals official website directly.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
