Once your order is confirmed, expect it to be delivered to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on your shipping address. 

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Please note that order processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for large orders. We appreciate your patience.

  • Return and Exchange Policy

Returns:

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we have a limited return policy. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Defective Products: If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty packaging) , please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Items Due to Shipping: Kindly report any shipping damage within 3 days of receiving your order. You can report the issue by contacting our customer support team via email at support@nutbotanicals.com or through our social media platforms.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item.

Note: Incorrect product must be sealed, unopened, unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a return.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products: This includes any product that has been removed from its outer packaging, unsealed or used even once.
  • Discounted or sale items: Items sold with a promo code, sale items, and discounted bundles are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Products with damaged packaging: If the product packaging is damaged beyond its original condition, it may not be eligible for return.

 

Return Process:

If you believe your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order on our social media platforms, or email us at support@nutbotanicals.com

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect order).

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your preferred payment method – bank account, or mobile wallet, if the returned item conforms with the above criteria. 

If the returned product is deemed Not Eligible For Return, the product will be shipped back to you. 

Exchanges

We understand that you may need to exchange a product. Kindly find below our policy:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Sealed, Unopened and Unused Products: The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Within 7 Days of Purchase: Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Exceptions:

  • Items sold with a promo code are final and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team on our social media platforms, or email us at support@nutbotanicals.com to initiate the exchange process.
  2. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the exchange is due to error made from our side. (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
  3. Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will ship the replacement product to you. You will be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged products.
